Summer Breeze. Need More. Now.

I did nothing today! It was too hot! I couldn't find a place to cool off at our apartment...
I'm sitting at the window right now and sometimes there's a breeze. Very welcome!

Hot Walk

My boyfriend participated in a triathlon again today. With our walking club 'De Stevige Stappers' we planned a route along the triathlon track. 31°C! It was really too hot for almost everything. Poor boyfriend! Swimming, biking and running in this heat. Exhausting! But we did half of our route and ended up at my parent's house for a refreshing drink.
Unfortunately, my athlete couldn't finish the race. His tubes went flat in the second round of biking. He couldn't repair the hole :-( . But he did his best anyway. A picture of his 'wings' as proof:

The Sun and Sangria

I went for a long walk with the dog and my boyfriend to watch the Cesar Milan skills he got from watching season one in 1,5 week. 

I thought: "Let's get those legs out girl and give those white tights some colour!".

Half way our walk we bumped into some friends that were sitting at a terrace, drinking beer and sangria. We joined them to get some fluids in our system, because what if we get dehydrated!? I drank a tasteful sangria with a lot of fruit. Healthy healthy ;-)!

It was a nice and warm day and I enjoyed every minute of it!

= Good company
= Fresh fruits (heart shaped strawberry)

Spring Rain

It was a hot (not super hot) day today, with a bit of rain.
When I stepped out of the office, to go home you could smell spring and the rain! I love it!
